Usage is counted from finished work, never from how big your organization is: offboarding one employee who owns 40,000 files is one operation, and a failed run that retries and then succeeds still counts once.

Microsoft 365 is live on every plan. Google Workspace is in final provider verification — once approved it joins Growth and Enterprise, which will then connect both suites.
Enterprise is a contract, not a checkout
Enterprise starts at $1,000/month on a custom annual contract. We scope operation volume, concurrency and audit retention to your migration plan, run the workflow through your own security review, and support the rollout with a named contact. Capabilities we haven't built yet are never sold as available — if you need something that isn't here, we'll tell you plainly rather than scope a promise.
Pricing questions
What exactly counts as an operation?+
A completed, verified offboarding or migration: discovery, review, approval, execution and verification all finished for one employee. Discovering people, drafting an operation, inspecting permissions, failed runs and cancelled runs are never billed, and retries stay on the same operation.
What happens if we go over the included operations?+
You're told before you start. The wizard shows remaining operations, and when one would create additional usage we quote the exact charge and ask you to confirm it — $20 on Starter, $15 on Growth. Confirming records your authorization for that billing period, and the next period asks again. Each additional operation is then charged to your payment method as it completes, and the charge appears in Settings → Billing with its own status. Nothing is ever charged without that confirmation.
Is the trial really complete?+
Yes. The 7-day trial runs the full workflow — connect a provider, discover, review, approve, execute, verify — on one real operation, with the audit report preview at the end. A payment method is required to start it, but nothing is charged until the 7 days are up.
What happens when the trial ends?+
The plan you chose starts and its first invoice is charged to the payment method on file. Cancel at any time from Settings → Billing before the trial ends and nothing is charged. If you cancel or the card fails, your connected providers, completed operations and audit history stay exactly as they are — only new operations stop.
Are employees or files billed?+
No. Votra never bills per employee, per file, per permission or per API call. Offboarding a single employee who owns 40,000 files is one operation.
What happens to our data if we stop?+
Nothing is deleted. Connected providers, completed operations and audit history stay put; only new operations stop until a plan is chosen. Enterprise agreements can set custom retention.
Can we change plans later?+
Yes — upgrades apply immediately through the billing portal and downgrades take effect from your next billing period. The annual price is published as its own annual commitment; it exists to put procurement on one invoice.
