For enterprise

Ownership transfer at scale, with evidence that holds up

At volume, offboarding stops being a task and becomes a control. Enterprise Votra is scoped around the three things that actually slow large organisations down: concurrency, retention, and your security reviewers.

Enterprise work fails on operational grounds far more often than technical ones. The transfer logic is not the hard part — the hard part is that two hundred simultaneous departures need distinct approvers, that the evidence has to outlive the tool that produced it, and that a procurement questionnaire has to be answered before anyone can connect a production tenant.

Concurrency and operation volume

Operations run in resumable batches, so large transfers progress without holding a single long-running request, and a failed batch pauses rather than losing the run. Volume, concurrency limits and any additional completed-operation pricing are agreed as part of the contract rather than discovered at renewal.

Custom audit retention

Self-serve plans enforce a fixed audit window — 3 months on Starter, 1 year on Growth — enforced by an automated maintenance sweep. Where your evidence has to outlive a standard window, Enterprise sets a custom retention period at contract, and exports remain the durable artefact regardless.

Security review, before you sign

Votra connects through delegated administrator consent with least-privilege Microsoft Graph permissions, and is metadata-only — it reads and writes ownership and permission data through provider APIs and never downloads, caches or analyses file contents. Your security team can review the architecture on the security page and the evidence model on compliance.

To be direct about a procurement question you may ask early: Votra is not currently SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. If a completed report is a hard requirement, raise it on the first call rather than the last.

Onboarding that is requirements-led

Enterprise onboarding is scoped against your own requirements — who may initiate, who may approve, which operations require review, how long evidence is kept — rather than a default configuration you inherit. Start from the Microsoft 365 offboarding workflow to see the operation itself.

Scope an Enterprise agreement

Enterprise starts at $1000/month with custom operation volume, concurrency and audit retention. Bring your security questionnaire and your offboarding volume — both shape the scope.
